Boston Street Photography

I may as well kick this thing off with a few shots from today's foray, via the Green Line, into Downtown Boston. It was a bit late in the day, and quite cold; I am also still getting the feel for the G12, this being only my second time out with it.

Green Line, inbound. Testing the articulated LED screen on the G12, which allows me to be a little sneaky.

Okay, this was a straight-on shot. After being sneaky for a few minutes, I decided to be just plain bold. And yup, they're on to me.

Newbury Street, "Black Friday."

Approaching Kenmore Square, heading home. I decided to take a stroll up Newbury Street, thinking I'd hop the subway at Mass. Ave., but once I got to Mass. Ave. I figured I was almost home, so I kept on walking.
It was good to be out today. This was shot at 3200 ISO, with a little noise reduction in Lightroom.
The truth is, I just plain LOVE photography.
